Abalone & Mother of Pearl inlaid box
Here is a wonderfully hand crafted box with Rosewood, Ivory, Abalone, done in a very complex, intricate geometric design.
The box measures 8" x 2 1/2" with a slight domed lid and hidden hinges. Inside the lid is decorated as well with lovely inlay and colorful marquetry work. . A beautiful crushed velvet insert adds to it's perfection.
