This is a JKW Carlsbad Josef Kuba Porcelain Plate The green logo on the back reads "Fine Porcelain , JKW, 1930, Western Germany".
This mark was used beginning in 1949.
The Birds and Leaves and Flowers are a viberant color.
There are 2 small holes drilled in the plate for easy hanging.
