This is a beautiful Norcrest Mini Bell It is a non lusterous porcelain with flowers. Carnation, violets, rose, and a daisy adorn the front.
The inside is marked PR-99b with a Made in Japan label
The bell measures 3 X 2. It is in perfect condition. No chips cracks
This could be a nice addition to your bell collection.
