This is a very beautiful handpainted plate with handles.
The painter was Lydia Bartels Kemnitz of Chicago, Illinois.
The plate looks to be Haviland china from Limoges, France.

The decorating was done around 1920.
This plate is in perfect condition. It measures 8 1/2" in diameter.
